At Maison Labiche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your embroidered essentials are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
